- Principal-level: £150k–£180k+ base
- Remote-first preferred; London hybrid considered

What I'm Looking For:
- Real AI infrastructure work — not "prompt engineering" rebranded
- Organisations where platform IS the product, not a cost centre
- Engineering-led culture with genuine remote practices
- Interesting scale or domain challenges

What I'm NOT Looking For:
- Early-stage startups (seed/pre-seed)
- Crypto/web3
- Roles where AI is a checkbox, not the core
